Area Directors (ADs) are the head coaches and primary overseers of the entire Team for MobStu in each city. They lead their staff of Field Reps to share Christ and make disciples among the unreached, while also discipling younger Trek-Xers to do the same. All ADs are required to have served overseas for 2 or more years full-time and live immersed with your team inside the ministry area of your city. They need to be strong, proven, seasoned leaders with impeccable character, a passion for global missions, and excellent people skills. All ADs raise 100% of their support like the rest of their team. We need ADs who are called to launch new locations in cities where there are refugee populations representative of unreached people groups. Field Reps are our full-time, post-college career missions personnel who live immersed among unreached people groups (UPGs) in their city, serving under the leadership of their Area Director. They not only strive to share Christ and make disciples, but they help model cross-cultural missional living for the younger Trek-Xers on their team. Field Reps must be 22+ years of age, single or married, college graduates (or willing to complete their degree), and willing to raise 100% of their support.
LAUNCH NETWORK RECRUITERS
The Launch Network is a coalition of churches and businesses who financially support the recruiting, training, and launching of missional students to the nations with the Gospel. We want churches to understand that THEY are the missions sending agencies, not organizations or para-church ministries. Every church should be a breeding ground for great commission believers who want to take the Gospel to the nations. Each church or business also benefits from a conveyor belt of mission trips and cross-culturally immersive opportunities that we offer at a discount to their middle & high schoolers, college students, post-college young adults, and adults.
The LN Recruiter is responsible for recruiting churches or businesses to join the network through monthly support which enables us to put this launching pad in key cities in America. They also personally nurture those relationships throughout the year. Recruiting churches & businesses allows us to provide scholarships for younger Trek-X students, provide team ministry supplies, cover the cost of support-raising training & development, and launch new locations.
